Answer your restaurant's reviews and check your Google Business Profile, right inside Claude.

Write a reply to a review

Paste a Google or Yelp review into the chat and ask for a reply. You get one you can post. A five-star review gets a real thank-you. For a complaint, you get a calm answer and a way for the guest to reach you. If the review is in Spanish, the reply is too.

Try: "I own a pizza place. How should I respond to this review?" and paste the review.

Check your Google Business Profile

Give it your restaurant's name and city. It reads your public Google listing and scores it out of 100, with what's working and what to fix, from your hours and photos to your menu link.

Try: "Check my restaurant's Google Business Profile. [name], [city]."

Add the connector

In Claude: Customize, then Connectors, then search for Checkback Restaurant Review. Until it's listed, choose Add custom connector and paste this address:
